Chief Operations Officer & Client Ally Fort Myers, Florida Jina loves people and numbers and describes herself as an accountant through and through. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration. Her most rewarding projects are working with small businesses and nonprofit organizations to help them grow through strategic financial management. In her spare time, she enjoys running, crafting, and above all spending time with her husband and two kids. She is a proud Marine Corps veteran wife and supports the nonprofit her husband works for called Home Base SWFL. She has run many half marathons and strives to run a full marathon next. |
JENNIFER DEL CAMPO
Chief People Officer & Client Ally Rockledge, Florida Jennifer has a divided love for all things numbers and all things creative. She has continually used her bachelor’s degree in accounting throughout her professional career; however, you can also always find her creating, brainstorming, and building new organized and creative ways to improve what she’s working on. She has a passion for people and learning the stories behind who they are. She strongly believes that clear communication and personal understanding is the key to a successful endeavor in any relational capacity. In her spare time, you will find her with her family, friends, or diving into the alternate reality of a good book. |
JESSICA EDWARDS
Client Ally Saratoga Springs, Utah Jessica is proud to say, she loves being an accountant. She has a long career in bookkeeping, financial analysis, HR, and tax preparation. She genuinely cares for her clients and is passionate about providing timely, accurate financials, and most importantly, helping clients understand their financial operations so they can make necessary business decisions. She's forward thinking, innovative, and doesn't shy away from finding solutions to better serve her client's needs. She's worked in a multitude of industries and has a bachelor's degree in accounting and management. Jessica and her husband share a passion for adventure and education. In her spare time, she loves to travel with her family and expose her children to different landscapes, experiences, and cultures. |
CYNTHIA BARRAZA
Client Ally Molt, Montana In the wild world of accounting for over two decades, Cynthia has bravely navigated through various industries, leaving a trail of balanced books and happy folks in their wake. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting and is currently on her CPA conquest. She has a passion for helping others in any capacity that she can. When not balancing books, Cynthia balances the chaos at home, juggling a dynamic duo of teenagers and an adorable army of eight fur-tastic companions. She has been married for an eternity and a half to her husband and together they are a comedic powerhouse that laugh through life's challenges side by side. Nestled in the heart of Montana, her and her family have found the perfect backdrop for life's adventures. And speaking of adventures, Cynthia knows how to have a yarn-tastic time! When she's not busy solving financial mysteries, you can catch her weaving wonders with knitting needles, conquering crossword puzzles with a pen, and delivering puns so epic they could make a mathematician chuckle. |
REBECCA GERKE, EA
Client Ally Colorado Springs, CO With a lifetime of small business experience, enthusiastic excitement for financial organizing, and a passion for service, Rebecca loves to tell stories with numbers. With over two decades in public and private accounting for non-profits and small businesses, she weaves the narrative of each organization into financial reporting and advising with her consultative and collaborative approach. With her bachelor's in business administration and as an Enrolled Agent, Rebecca has a broad understanding of organizational structures and operations, from start-up to taxes, leading with calm courage and confidence. When not helping clients tell their stories, Rebecca can be found adventuring with her family near and far, quietly reading a book as the sun sets, or making soup on a rainy day. Fresh air, sunshine, and flamingos are a few of her favorite things! |
ANNE BURIK
Accounting & Advisory Specialist Fort Myers, Florida Anne is as balanced as they come (accounting pun intended). She has a strong background in accounting, loves working with people, and is passionate about supporting her local nonprofits. "Providing excellent client care is very important to me," she notes. Anne has a bachelor's degree in accounting and over five years' experience in corporate accounting. Anne is a mom of two and owns her own fitness company that gives moms a chance to exercise and connect together with their children. She most enjoys spending time with her family, running, reading, and generally being outside. |
SANDY ROSS
Accounting & Advisory Specialist New York / Florida Sandy has a unique set of skills from her career in human resources and data management. With her accounting degree and information technology experience, she is a true problem solver and a creative one at that. Although her original passion was fashion, life took her on several different paths, but she has always infused art, creativity and music into her home. She loves interior design, and repurposing (some call her a curator of junk). Her husband Robb is a saxophonist and technical / software trainer, her son is a CAD designer and pottery and stained-glass artist. Being surrounded by art and music is what keeps her balanced. MARY KAZOR
Accounting & Advisory Specialist Fort Myers, Florida Mary has a strong financial background associated with commercial real estate sales and property management. She enjoys meeting new people in both professional and personal settings. Although customer care and sales naturally appeal to her personality, she always knew her greatest strength lied in number crunching. Upon graduating from Florida State University, with a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate, she worked for several large commercial real estate firms. After working in the corporate world, she embraced her entrepreneurial mindset by starting her own business. Personally, she enjoys fitness instruction and time with her family on the beach. |

Marketing and Business Development Guru Fort Myers, Florida Chelsea is a self-proclaimed jack-of-all-trades. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, fundraising and business development, and a master’s in business administration in her back pocket, she comes to us with a highly diverse set of skills. From public relations, sales and marketing, to fundraising, community-building, program development and event planning she has worn many hats. Chelsea works on every project as if it were her very own. She enjoys both contributing to strategic decision making as well as working on the intricate details that build an organization’s brand and reputation. |
