It's been a particular joy working with Jenn, who always responds with cheerfulness and helpfulness every time I reach out, which has been a bit more often than I'd like in recent weeks due to my steep learning curve. Jenn has been particularly helpful as I put together CREW's budget for next year. It's been stressful because I am leaning way in on pay raises for the staff. However, one thing I haven't stressed about is making a bunch of structural changes to the budget and CREW's financial dashboard for next FY to better reflect our revenue and expenses.
